Data, purposes and legal bases
The hosting service may process technical data such as your IP address, request time and requested resource to deliver content and protect the website. This serves our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
If you email us or request a demonstration, we use the information you choose to provide to respond and take pre-contractual steps at your request, or, for general enquiries, for our legitimate interest in providing support. Do not send audit data, credentials or sensitive information through these contacts.
When measurement is enabled and only with consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, language, browser information and interactions such as demonstration or platform-entry clicks. Consent is optional; declining does not prevent access.
Service providers and transfers
Requests submitted through the form are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and sent to the sales team by notification. We collect your name, email, company and phone when provided, message, language and source page to respond to your request and protect the form against abuse.
The website is hosted on Netlify. Messages are handled through the email services used by ACTIVETECH. If you accept analytics, Google receives data needed for measurement. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; information about applicable transfer mechanisms and copies of relevant safeguards can be requested from our privacy contact.
Our analytics integration does not intentionally send names, email addresses, message contents or audit data. Page addresses sent by the integration exclude query parameters and fragments. We do not enable Google Signals or personalized advertising.
Retention
We retain enquiries as needed to respond, follow up, meet legal obligations or defend rights. Technical log retention depends on security purposes and hosting settings.
Cookie choices are stored in this browser for 180 days. Authorized analytics cookies are configured to last up to 180 days. Retention within hosting, email and Google Analytics services is separate from cookie lifetime; contact us for information about applicable retention periods.
Your rights and choices
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw analytics consent through Cookie preferences in the footer as easily as you granted it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority at www.cnpd.pt or your competent supervisory authority. We do not use these analytics for solely automated decisions producing legal effects on you.
